Mecca Cox and Samantha Burkhart are a Los Angeles-based styling duo known for their versatility and artistic approach.
After a decade of successful independent styling careers, a collective desire to collaborate creatively and to offer their clients a wider range of services including sustainability and creative direction, led to the creation of Cox / Burkhart.
The duo specializes in styling talent for performances, music videos, costume design, editorial, advertising, red carpets and events, and are known for their ability to create iconic and timeless looks that speak to the visual authenticity of the talent or brand. Their styling roster spans from talent such as Billie Eilish, Rosalia, Swae Lee, Katy Perry, Diplo, Trippie Redd, Damson Idris, Mark Ronson, Christina Aguilerra, Hunter Schafer, Jimmy Butler, and Sia.
Cox / Burkhart have collaborated on commercial projects with clients such as Nike, L’Oreal, MAC, Google, Chase, and Hulu in addition to editorial work including Billboard, New York Times, Vanity Fair, Hollywood Reporter, InStyle, V Magazine, Teen Vogue, and Rolling Stone.
